This Privacy Policy describes how Alephantx (operated by TeachMeMedical, Inc., DBA Alephantx) ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Ananke, our AI agent and business intelligence platform, including when you enroll in SMS notifications.

Information we collect

Account and profile data you provide when you sign in or use the service (for example, email or identifiers from your identity provider, depending on how you authenticate).
Phone number when you participate in our SMS program by texting a keyword (such as JOIN) from your mobile device to our advertised number.
Message content for SMS, including inbound and outbound messages needed to operate the program (for example, enrollment, help, opt-out, and notification content).
Usage and technical data such as log data, device or browser information, timestamps, and diagnostic information related to operating the platform and securing our services.

We collect your phone number solely to deliver SMS notifications you have explicitly requested. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share SMS opt-in data, consent records, or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes; this restriction also applies to affiliates.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide and improve Alephantx and Ananke; to authenticate users; to send AI agent notifications via SMS when you have opted in; to respond to support requests; to detect abuse and protect security; and to comply with law. SMS messages are used to deliver transactional or service-related communications tied to your use of Ananke, not for unrelated advertising.

Who we share information with

Twilio (or another SMS provider we may use) as our SMS processor to send and receive text messages on our behalf.
Google Cloud and related infrastructure providers we use to host, store, and operate the service (for example, compute, databases, and logging), subject to our agreements and their terms.
Professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Data retention

We retain phone numbers, SMS logs, and related account data only as long as needed to provide the SMS program, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and jurisdiction; when data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in line with our practices and applicable law.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may opt out of marketing or non-essential communications where applicable. For SMS, you can text STOP to the number from which you received messages, as described in our Terms & Conditions and SMS opt-in proof of consent.
