These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Alephantx and the Ananke AI agent and business intelligence platform operated by TeachMeMedical, Inc. (DBA Alephantx) ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website and related services.
If you enroll in our SMS program, you will receive text messages about Ananke agent activity, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes, agent execution alerts, system notifications, and user-configured workflow notifications. Message frequency varies based on agent activity and your use of the platform. Alephantx does not send marketing or promotional SMS.
Opt-in: Authenticated Alephantx users discover the SMS opt-in instruction inside the Ananke web app's Settings → Notifications panel and enroll by texting JOIN to (855) 305-2916 from the mobile number they wish to use. Full opt-in disclosure is documented at alephantx.com/proof-of-consent.
Note on prior number: Alephantx also operates a separate previously-approved toll-free number, +1 (844) 387-4067, used for legacy Ananke developer notifications under the same legal entity. Opt-in for each number is independent, and opting in to one does not enroll you in the other.
Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Alephantx. You will be immediately unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from that number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to use Alephantx and Ananke only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the SMS program in a way that violates carrier rules or anti-spam requirements.
The service and any AI-generated outputs are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for how you use outputs in your business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeachMeMedical, Inc. (DBA Alephantx) and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Alephantx, Ananke, or the SMS program. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the federal laws of the United States. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
